Kelly Keenan

Owner + Coach

I am a curious, direct and purpose-focused coach. I partner with my coaching clients in a thought-provoking and creative process to curate and nurture sustainable success and wellbeing.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in Health and Exercise science and my Master of Public Health degree from the Colorado School of Public Health. I am a certified Health Coach (American Council Exercise), graduate of the International Coaching Federation accredited Regional Institute for Health and Environmental Leadership Coaching Academy, Certified Change Practitioner (Prosci) and Certified Personal Trainer (American Council Exercise).

I started coaching in 2019 and have worked in the fitness and public health fields for over 15 years, holding management and leadership positions for the last seven years. I consider myself a professional generalist in health and community improvement which allows me to approach coaching with the same perspective, using my curiosity to provide unbiased support for any focus area.

My personality is probably described in the simplest terms as a millennial type-A eldest daughter. If this was a conversation, I would have stopped sharing two paragraphs ago because I find talking about myself to be uncomfortable (for some reason that I still do not fully understand, as I love sharing and connecting). I am deeply optimistic and curious, I love hearing others tell their stories. I have always been a quiet person who prefers to sit on the edge, ask questions and observe, though most people would not describe me this way because I am constantly finding myself in leadership roles, both personally and professionally.

I am a fourth-generation Colorado native that moved to Bozeman in my thirties and may never leave. I often claim that my hobbies are fitness, running, hiking, skiing, reading, traveling, camping, design and crocheting. They more accurately are trying to convince my children that they also love my hobbies so I can actually participate in them (I have two daughters), listening to podcasts and daydreaming about my next adventure.
